    • The brief: This 210 m² prestige villa is located at the tip of Cap Ferret peninsula, in the heart of the legendary "44 hectares", the most sought-after location on Arcachon Bay, internationally recognised as one of the finest seaside addresses in France. Only metres from the beach, the property includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and can host up to twelve guests. Our mission covered the complete outdoor design and the work on the façade, with a dual objective: restoring character to the property while creating several open-air living areas, perfect for relaxation, gathering and holiday disconnection.

    • The façade, previously in natural wood, was entirely repainted in a soft beige that now contrasts with the joinery and exposed timber framing. This choice brings a contemporary touch to the whole composition while respecting the authentic Cap Ferret architecture.

    • The outdoor dining area was conceived beneath the front overhang of the house, an ideal placement to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather, sheltered from both the midday sun and passing showers. Its immediate proximity to the indoor kitchen makes it a particularly functional space, and its orientation offers a 360° view across all the living areas, both indoors and outdoors. As a continuation, beneath the same overhang, a banquette corner invites guests to relax after meals, keeping the conviviality of the dining table within reach.

    • The outdoor lounge was composed in a palette of greens and wood that integrates seamlessly with the pine landscape of Arcachon Bay. Three sofas and an armchair offer the comfort needed for long evening aperitifs. Set as an extension of the terrace, the ensemble is anchored by an outdoor rug echoing the same tones, a detail that visually grounds the space and reinforces its conviviality, avoiding the effect of furniture "lost in the middle of the garden."

    • The pool, finally, is surrounded by a large terrace adorned with palm trees that extends the garden and instantly sets a holiday atmosphere. Multiple sun loungers allow each guest to fully enjoy the setting, in a spirit of complete disconnection.

This villa is featured among the exceptional properties curated by Le Collectionist, the international luxury villa rental platform. Our intervention illustrates an essential dimension of our approach: designing the outdoors as a true extension of the home, composing several coherent living zones in harmony with the architecture and the landscape. A particularly precious craft for the prestige villas of Cap Ferret and Arcachon Bay, where the quality of outdoor design conditions both the comfort and the experience of those who stay there.
